Benedict Rogers is the Chief Executive of Hong Kong Watch, an NGO monitoring threats to Hong Kong’s fundamental freedoms. He is Deputy Chair of the Conservative Party Human Rights Commission and an advisor to the World Uyghur Congress, as well as the Inter-Parliamentary Alliance on China.
